I ordered the Calm body lotion and received the body wash instead. I emailed twice to ask for an exchange but I haven't heard anything back - it has been two weeks. I love Skin & Tonic and have used the products for years, so I'm sad to write a bad review.
I love this, first time using, I reordered from M&S.
Love this product, the smell is heavenly and lasts such a long time on my skin. Paired with the moisturiser, my skin feels and smells amazing all day.
Sadly never received item as was wrongly sent the body and hand wash instead of the lotion. Skin and tonic haven’t responded to my multiple emails and messages regarding this since the order arrived almost 10 days ago. Poor customer service which is a shame as I’m a recurrent customer and don’t think I’ll continue purchasing from here anymore.

Smells gorgeous
I love the smell of this item and was very excited when it arrived. I was looking forward to using it as a body wash but as the bottle was made of glass I found it heavy and slippy to use in the shower. I was frightened of dropping it. It wasn’t a problem I can use it as a hand wash and still get the calming smell.
